Her name is Naomi Cannistraci, but you may know her as the Popover Lady. The nickname comes courtesy of the small (but surging) customer base that flocks to her market appearances. Along with rich and eggy originals, the Melrose native offers popovers laced with asiago cheese, dunked head- first into chocolate or dusted with orange-cinna-mon sugar. (She makes a mean morello cherry pie, too.) When it comes to baked goods, the Popover Lady goes above and beyond.
